Some of these issues are <br /> 8 commercial vehicles parking limitations , moving <br /> 9 vehicle from back of the home to the front , and <br /> 10 storage of seasonal vehicles . <br /> 11 <br /> 12 The City Manager requested direction from the <br /> 13 Councilmembers regarding how "tough" this ordinance <br /> 14 should be . He inquired what kind of standard the <br /> 15 Council chooses to set . <br /> 16 <br /> 17 The Mayor requested each Councilmember to meet with <br /> 18 the - City Manager to state his/her preferences for <br /> i9 issues to be included in this ordinance . The City <br /> 20 Manager stated he hopes to have this ordinance <br /> 21 prepared for its first reading in April and <br /> 22 requested all Councilmembers get their conunents to <br /> 23 him as soon as possible . <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Councilmember Enrooth felt there would be <br /> 26 considerable vocal opposition to this ordinance . He <br /> 27 inquired if there was enough support on the Council <br /> a to pass and enforce a tough ordinance. <br /> 469 <br /> 30 The City Manager agreed that certainly tr:e <br /> 31 Councilmembers will be contacted by those residents <br /> 32 w':o disagree with the recuirements of the <br /> 33 oYc nanc_ . Mayor Ranallo felt the present <br /> 34 conditic:-,s rega-ding storage/parking of vehicles <br /> 35 has begun to deteriorate the neighborhoods in the <br /> 3E City . <br /> l <br /> 3° 5 . Volunteer Appreciation Night <br /> 39 Volunteer Week is April 26th to May 2nd . The Mayor <br /> 40 requested that the Volunteer Appreciation affair be <br /> 41 moved from April 20th to the 27th. He is still <br /> 42 trying to contact the guest speaker , Hal Schippitz <br /> 43 from Hennepin County, who will speak on stress <br /> 44 management . <br /> 45 <br /> 46 6 . Entrance Signs <br /> 47 The City Manager advised that the new signs for the <br /> 48 entrances to the City are all in place . The funds <br /> 49 for the .entire project were donated by the Kiwanis <br /> 50 Club. <br /> 5i <br /> 52 He feels now that the signs are in place they <br /> 53 appear to be quite small . Larger signs will be <br /> �4 ordered when these need replacing . <br />
