APPROVAL OF APRIL 28 , 1992 COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve the agenda for <br /> 23 the April 28 , 1992 Council Meeting with one addition to <br /> 24 Unfinished Business . <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 27 <br /> 0 4 . APPROVAL OF APRIL 14 , 1992 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve the minutes of <br /> 32 the April 14 , 1992 Council Meeting with the following <br /> 33 corrections : <br /> 34 <br /> 35 page 1 , line 20 : Change " the" to "a" and delete "of Salo" <br /> 36 page 1 , line 21 : Delete "a" and add "an upper court judge of <br /> 37 Turku" <br /> 38 page 5, line 42 : Delete "has been" and "to" and change <br /> 39 "entertain" to "entertainment " <br /> 40 page 6 , line 38 : Delete "He" and insert "The Mayor" <br /> 41 page 6, line 46 : Delete "Councilmember Wagner" and replace <br /> 42 with "The' City Manager" <br /> 43 <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 46 <br /> 47 <br /> 48 Presentations : Senator Marty and Representative McGuire <br /> 49 <br /> 50 Senator Marty expressed his pleasure with the staff ' s updating <br /> 51 him on matters concerning St .
