APPROVAL OF APRIL 14 , 1992 BOARD OF REVIEW MINUTES <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve the minutes of <br /> 24 the April 14 , 1992 Board of Review as presented and there were <br /> 25 no corrections . <br /> 26 <br /> � <br /> 7 Motion carried unanimously <br /> �2 39 <br /> 30 3 .
