The owners noted they <br /> 9 were very dependent on credit card customers and could <br /> 10 not do this . <br /> 11 <br /> 12 Marks inquired if the application has been completed by <br /> 13 the owners of the company. He was advised that this has <br /> 14 not yet been done but the fee will be collected when it <br /> 15 is . <br /> 16 <br /> 17 The Mayor noted that the Council desires that this <br /> 18 situation becomes workable but laws cannot be violated to <br /> 19 accomplish that. end . Letter From Resident , Re: Sinale Contractor for Trash <br /> 37 Pick UD and Silver Lake Road Sidewalks <br /> 38 <br /> 39 A letter was received from the resident at ,3104 Townview <br /> 40 Road requesting Council consideration for having a single <br /> 4.1 contractor for the City' s trash pick up and completion of <br /> 42 sidewalk installation on Silver Lake Road. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Wagner had contacted this resident . <br /> 45 <br /> 46 3 .
