Ching House <br /> 31 7. Vandalism in the Park <br /> 32 <br /> 33 IX NEW BUSINESS <br /> 34 D. Safety Issue on Pahl Avenue by Thomas Hoban <br /> 35 E. Storm Water Drainage Utility Leaflet by Dennis <br /> 36 Cavanaugh <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 IV. APPROVAL OF JULY 28, 1992 COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Motion by Fleming, seconded by Wagner to approve the minutes <br /> 43 for the July 14, 1992 Council meeting as presented with the <br /> 44 following modification: <br /> 45 <br /> 46 Page 10, lines 13 & 14 : Substitute "of the sixty nine <br /> 47 percent of the residences who <br /> 48 responded, sixty three percent <br /> 49 were supportive of the ordinance" <br /> 50 for the last sentence. <br /> • <br />
