REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING <br /> AUGUST 11 , 1992 <br /> PAGE 7 <br /> 4 <br /> 5 <br /> 6 <br /> 7 Mr. Hansen has lived in St . Anthony for twenty -three years <br /> 8 and has been actively involved in community affairs . He serves <br /> 9 as a Fire Department volunteer, was employed on a seasonal <br /> 10 basis by the City' s Public Works Department for eight years, <br /> 11 and had participated in the Chamber of Commerce Lighting <br /> 12 Contest for three years . <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Councilmember Fleming suggested that Mr. Hansen did not <br /> 15 respond to the first letter from the City dated April 23, 1992 <br /> 16 in a timely manner and noted that a second letter was sent on <br /> 17 May 27 , 1992 regarding removal of equipment . <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Councilmember Marks inquired if all of Mr. Hansen' s busi-ness <br /> 20 equipment is completely removed from his house and the <br /> 21 property. Mr. Hansen responded that it has all been removed as <br /> 22 of July 15, 1992 . The refrigerator is also removed. <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Councilmember Wagner commended Mr. Hansen on making his <br /> 25 statements and felt it was well worth it to set the record <br /> 26 straight . <br /> 0 B-. Council Reports <br /> 29 <br /> 30 1 . Report of Councilmember Wagner <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Councilmember Wagner had nothing to report at this time.. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 2 . Report of Councilmember Fleming <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Councilmember Fleming reported that the Village Fest <br /> 37 wrap-up meeting and supper was held on August 10th. <br /> 38 <br /> 39 She noted that some very critical and positive <br /> 40 suggestions were made to improve the Village Fest next <br /> 41 year. She reinforced her statement to reflect there will <br /> 42 definitely be a Village Fest held in 1993. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 The profit made from this year ' s celebration is yet to be <br /> 45 determined. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 The Police Chief attended the wrap-up meeting and <br /> 48 reported there were no problems during the Village Fest . <br /> 49 It had been recommended the Kiddie Parade be held on <br /> 50 Silver Lake Road next year. <br />
