Resolution No 92-044 , Re: Acquisition of the Good Luck <br /> 19 Cafe and Rosie ' s Restaurant Properties <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Because of his previously stated conflict of interest , <br /> 22 Councilmember Marks left the Council Chambers and did not <br /> participate in the discussion nor the vote on Resolution No. <br /> 0 92-044 . <br /> 25 7 <br /> 26 In -a memo the City Attorney advised the City Council to <br /> 27 commence the condemnation proceedings on these two properties <br /> 28 with the passage of this resolution . Since negotiations have <br /> 29 started on the properties , the price on the Rosie ' s site has <br /> 30 risen significantly. Staff is being requested to continue to <br /> 31 negotiate a mutually agreeable price before the condemnation <br /> 32 process begins . <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner -to -approve Resolution No. <br /> 35 92-044 being a resolution authorizing the City Manager and <br /> 36 City Attorney to begin condemnation proceedings , if necessary, <br /> 37 with regard to the City' s acquisition of the properties <br /> 38 identified as 2905 Kenzie Terrace and 2700 Coolidge Street <br /> 39 Northeast . <br /> 40 <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Roll call : Enrooth, Fleming, Wagner, Ranallo - aye <br /> 43 Marks - not present <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Motion carries <br /> 46 <br /> 47 <br /> F.
