APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 8 , 1992 COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA <br /> 25 Motion by -Marks , second by Wagner to approve the agenda for <br /> 26 the September- 8 , 1992 Council Meeting as presented. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 29 <br /> 30 <br /> 31 4 . APPROVAL OF AUGUST 25, 1992 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Motion by Wagner , second by Enrooth to approve the minutes of <br /> 34 the August 25, 1992 Council Meeting with the following <br /> 35 corrections : <br /> 36 <br /> 37 page ll , line 23 : Correct "Hergers" to "Herges" <br /> 38 <br /> 39 page 14 , line 24 : Councilmember Marks recalled having made <br /> 40 some remarks regarding the Storm Water Drainage Utility <br /> 41 Ordinance No. 1992-007 at a previous Council Meeting. He <br /> 42 agreed with Dennis Cavanaugh that these comments were not <br /> 43 included in the minutes . <br /> 44 <br /> 45 The Council Secretary was requested to include the identity of <br /> 46 people who speak at Council meetings . <br /> 47 <br /> Motion carried unanimously <br /> 0 <br />
