Report of Councilmember Marks <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Councilmember Marks advised that the next meeting of the <br /> 14 Sister City Committee is Sunday, September 27 , 1992 . <br /> 15 <br /> 16 <br /> 17 3 . Report of Councilmember Fleming <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Councilmember Fleming advised that the next meeting of <br /> 20 the Village Fest Committee is scheduled for the first <br /> 21 Monday in October . At that meeting the Chairperson will <br /> 22 be selected. The Committee has also committed to hiring <br /> 23 the Rockin ' Hollywoods for the 1993 Village Fest <br /> 24 Celebration . <br /> 25 <br /> _6 4 . Report of Mayor Ranallo <br /> 8 The Mayor noted that the City Council had met this <br /> 29 evening with the School Board to discuss the future of <br /> 30 the Community Building. Consideration is being given to <br /> 31 hiring a consultant who will assess the needs of the <br /> 32 building. <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Mayor Ranallo felt the Clean-Up Day in St . Anthony had <br /> 35 been very successful . Some of the comments he received <br /> 36 focused on the need for more advanced advertising of the <br /> 37 day. Many residents stated they were not aware of the <br /> 38 Clean-Up Day until quite late and this left them little <br /> 39 time to prepare. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Councilmember Wagner observed that considerable brush was <br /> 42 brought to the Recycling Center during Clean-Up Day. <br /> 43 <br /> 44 5 . Proclamation Recognizing the 100th Year Anniversary of <br /> 45 St . Anthony Village ' s Faith United Methodist Church <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the <br /> 48 proclamation recognizing the 100th Year Anniversary of <br /> 49 the Faith United Methodist Church . <br /> 50 <br /> 0 <br />
