APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 13, 1992 COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the agenda for <br /> 6 the October 13 , 1992 Council Meeting with the deletion of the <br /> claim for the Norsk Concrete Construction, Inc. , as <br /> 8 recommended by the City Manager . <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> 33 4 .
