Ordinance No. 1992-008 , Re: Signs (Third Reading) <br /> 42 <br /> 43 The Mayor had checked with the City Attorney regarding the <br /> 44 definition of "noncommercial signs" as used in the ordinance. <br /> 45 <br /> 46 The City Attorney noted that although "noncommercial signs" <br /> 47 has been used, he felt the word "political " would be <br /> 48 preferable and more accurately reflect the intent of this <br /> 49 section of the ordinance. <br /> 50 <br /> • <br />
