CALL TO ORDIWPLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> 9 <br /> 10 The meeting was called to order at 7 : 30 p.m. and the Pledge of <br /> 11 Allegiance was led by Mayor Ranallo. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 2 . ROLL CALL <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Council Present : Mayor Ranallo, Councilmembers Marks, Enrooth, <br /> 16 Fleming and Wagner <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Staff Present : City Manager Burt and City Attorney Soth <br /> 19 <br /> 20 3 . APPROVAL OF AGENDA FOR THE OCTOBER 27 , 1992 COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to approve the Council <br /> 23 agenda for the October 27 , 1992 Council Meeting as presented. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Mayor Ranallo stated he has spoken to the City Attorney <br /> 26 regarding the Housing Maintenance Code Ordinance and the Sign <br /> 27 Ordinance. With regard to this conversation, he will be <br /> commenting on his remarks made at the October 13, 1992 Council <br /> Meeting. <br /> 31 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 32 <br /> 33 <br /> 34 4 . APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 13, 1992 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve the minutes of <br /> 37 the October 13 , 1992 Council Meeting with the following <br /> 38 corrections : <br /> 39 <br /> 40 page 3 , lines 8 & 9: This sentence should read as follows : <br /> 4_1 "Councilmember Wagner inquired why the City is remitting <br /> 42 $5, 250 . 00 when the total is $7 , 134 . 19 and the City' s share <br /> 43 appears to be more. " <br /> 44 page 5, lines 25, 26 & 27 : This sentence should read as <br /> 45 follows : "He noted that he had been told by others that the <br /> 46 City Council and the School Board have a record of very good <br /> 47 cooperation in recent years . " <br /> 48 page 6 , line 18 : Change "Fire" to "Police" <br /> 49 page 9, line 32 : Correct "Police Department" to " legislative <br /> 50 mandates" <br /> • <br />
