CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE• OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> 10 <br /> 11 The meeting was called to order by Mayor Ranallo at 7 : 30 p.m. <br /> 12 The Pledge of Allegiance was led by members of Boy Scout Troup <br /> 13 #153 and Den #6 . <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Mayor Ranallo welcomed members of Boy Scout Troup #153 and Den <br /> 16 #6. -There were five cub scouts and one boy scout . Their <br /> 17 leaders, Shari Lange and Brad Boen, had brought the boys to <br /> 18 City Hall to fulfill some of the requirements for earning <br /> 19 their citizenship badge. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 The Mayor had visited with them before the Council Meeting and <br /> 22 discussed local government procedures and functions and the <br /> 23 budgeting process . They had already visited the Police <br /> 24 Department and would be visiting the Fire Department after the <br /> 25 Council Meeting. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 The Mayor presented all of the boys and their leaders with a <br /> St . Anthony lapel pin. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 2 . ROLL CALL <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Council Present : Mayor Ranallo, Councilmembers Marks, Enrooth, <br /> 34 Fleming and Wagner . <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Staff Present : City Manager Burt , City Attorney Soth and <br /> 37 Management Assistant Urbia <br /> 38 <br /> 39 <br /> 40 3 . APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 24 , 1992 COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Motion by Marks , second by Enrooth to approve the agenda as <br /> 43 presented for the November 24 , 1992 Council Meeting. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 <br /> 46 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 47 <br /> 48 <br /> 49 <br /> 50 <br />
