APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 22 , 1992 COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Motion by Marks , second by Enrooth to approve the agenda for <br /> 6 the December 22 , 1992 Council Meeting with the addition of <br /> five items to the City Manager ' s Report . <br /> 8 <br /> 29 <br /> 30 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> 33 <br /> 34 4 . APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF .THE DECEMBER 7 , 1992 COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Motion by Fleming, second by Wagner to approve the minutes of <br /> 37 the December 7 , 1992 Council Meeting with the following <br /> 38 correction : <br /> 39 <br /> 40 page 11 , line 27 : Delete the word "equipment" and replace with <br /> 41 "Road Reconstruction <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 44 <br /> 45 <br /> 46 5 .
