APPROVAL OF AGENDA FOR JANUARY 26, 1993 COUNCIL MEETING <br /> aMotion by Marks , second by Enrooth to approve the agenda with <br /> 27 the addition of the following items : <br /> 28 <br /> 29 a. Volunteer Appreciation <br /> 30 b. Contract Police Proposal <br /> 31 c. Crime Watch Program <br /> 32 <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 35 <br /> 36 <br /> 37 4 . APPROVAL OF JANUARY 12 , 1993 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve the minutes of <br /> 40 the January 12 , 1993 Council Meeting with the following <br /> 41 corrections : <br /> 42 <br /> 43 page 4 , line 21 : Change "seven foot" to "nine plus feet" <br /> 44 page 5, line 43 : Change "will " to "may" <br /> 45 page 5, line 44 : Change "contingencies" to "contingent" <br /> 46 page 8 , lines 49/50 : This sentence should read as follows : "An <br /> 47 easement will be needed by this firm as there presently is no <br /> 48 access .
