APPROVAL OF JANUARY 26 , 1993 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Motion by Marks , second by Fleming to approve the minutes of <br /> 38 the January 26 , 1993 Council Meeting with the following <br /> 39 correction: <br /> 40 <br /> 41 page 3, line 46 : Delete " in the area is the jail " and replace <br /> 42 with "to be built in Minnesota is a jail .
