At its March meeting, the committee will <br /> 7 address a theme, decide on a logo or a variation of a <br /> 8 logo and discuss other ideas for identifyi.ng the <br /> 9 celebration . An ice cream social will be held on Sunday. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 Mayor Ranallo inquired if having a tennis tournament is <br /> 12 being considered. He recalled that previously there had <br /> 13 been discussion regarding holding a tennis tournament <br /> 14 which would be the Clyde Paul Memorial Tournament . <br /> 15 <br /> 16 The Mayor stated that Mr . Paul had been an instrutor at <br /> 17 the St . Anthony tennis courts and had perhaps chaired the <br /> 18 first Village Fest . Although, he had not been a resident <br /> 19 of St . Anthony he had spent significant time <br /> 20 participating in community events . He was killed in St . <br /> 21 Paul . His widow and father have indicated their <br /> 22 willingness to participate in a tennis tournament held in <br /> 23 his honor . <br /> 24 <br /> 25 The City Manager will attend the March 2nd Chamber of <br /> 08 - <br /> Commerce Meeting representing the Mayor. <br /> Also, the Council will be receiving a letter advising of <br /> 29 two scholarships which will be given to St . Anthony <br /> 30 students from the Chamber of Commerce . <br /> 31 <br /> 32 The City Manager was requested to advise the Cable <br /> 33 Commission that no one will be attending the February <br /> 34 25th meeting from St . Anthony. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Mayor Ranallo advised that March 13th is the date of the <br /> 37 Chamber of Commerce City Dance. Tickets are $10 . 00 and <br /> 38 will be available at City Hall . Ernie ' s Catering will <br /> 39 serve the dinner. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Discussion followed regarding the availability of wine <br /> 42 and beer at this Chamber function as well as the City ' s <br /> 43 potential liability. <br /> 44 <br /> 45 The Mayor will be out of town from February 24 through <br /> 46 March 6th. <br /> 47 <br /> 48 <br /> 49 B.
