Resolution No. 93-019 ; Re: Rental Lease Agreement <br /> 7 <br /> 8 The City Manager advised that the lease with the Cultural <br /> 9 Center expires August 1st . Currently, the lease requires a <br /> 10 thirty day notice if there is to be a termination. The tenant <br /> 11 had requested this language be changed to nintey days . The <br /> 12 City Manager stated this change would cause no problem. <br /> 13 <br /> 14 Motion by Wagner, second by Fleming to approve Resolution No. <br /> 15 93-019 being a resolution approving the lease agreement <br /> 16 between the City of St . Anthony and Aga Khan Cultural Center <br /> 17 and authorizing the Mayor and City Manager to execute said <br /> 18 lease. <br /> 19 <br /> 2.0 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 21 <br /> 22 <br /> 23 C. Resolution No . 93-020 ; Re: Local 49 1993 Labor Agreement <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner to approve Resolution No . <br /> 93-020 being a resolution ratifying the 1993 agreement between <br /> the City of St.. Anthony and the International Union of <br /> 28 Operating Engineers , Local No. 49, AFL-CIO representing the <br /> 29 St . Anthony Public Works employees . <br /> 3.0 <br /> 31 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Mayor Ranallo welcomed Boy Scout Troup # 153 . The Troup <br /> 34 Leader, Dan Kagle, stated the boy scouts are attending the <br /> 35 Council Meeting to fulfill some of the requirements for a <br /> 36 citizenship merit badge . He thought the meeting was convened <br /> 37 at 7 : 30 rather than 7 : 00 . The Troup meets at Faith Methodist <br /> 38 Church. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Two of the issues members of the Troup had discussed <br /> 41 previously were the Silver Lake Road Project and the future <br /> 42 use and water quality of Silver Lake . <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Mayor Ranallo explained that thirty years ago when Apache <br /> 45 Plaza was built not much thought was given to environmental <br /> 46 concerns . Since that time the water quality of Silver Lake has <br /> 47 been impacted by salt , sand, fertilizer and other chemicals <br /> 48 which have come from surfaced parking lots and lawns . <br /> 49 <br /> 50 <br /> 0 <br />
