APPROVAL OF MARCH 9, 1993 COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA <br /> 0 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner to approve the agenda for <br /> 28 the March 9 , 1993 Council Meeting as presented and there were <br /> 29 no additions . <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 32 <br /> 33 <br /> 34 4 . APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 23 , 1993 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Motion by Wagner, second by Ranallo to approve the minutes of <br /> 37 the February 23 , 1993 Council Meeting as presented and there <br /> 38 were no corrections . <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 41 <br /> 42 5 . LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Motion by Enrooth, second by Fleming to approve all of the <br /> 45 following license and permit applications : <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Garbage Haulers Licenses <br /> 48 <br /> 49 Aspen Waste Systems , Inc . , St .
