Verified Claims <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Payment was approved for the six pages of verified claims as <br /> 17 prepared by the City Finance Director. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 20 <br /> 21 7 . REPORTS <br /> 22 <br /> 23 A. Planning Commission - February 16 , 1993 <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Commissioner Gondorchin was attending the Council Meeting <br /> 0 representing the Planning Commission . <br /> 28 He stated that the February 16 , 1993 Planning Commission <br /> 29 Meeting was light and non-controversial . <br /> 30 <br /> 31 1 . Accessory Structure Setback Permit - Public Hearing <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Commissioner Gondorchin advised that the notice of the public <br /> 34 hearing was published with an incorrect convening time. There <br /> 35 were few people in attendance to discuss this matter but those <br /> 36 who were there were supportive of passage of the proposed <br /> 37 ordinance . One resident who lives on West Armour Terrace <br /> 38 expressed his appreciation for the ordinance and commended the <br /> 39 Planning Commission on reviewing it . <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Commissioner Gondorchin noted that sheds had been left out of <br /> 42 this ordinance as it was felt perhaps they would be addressed <br /> 43 somewhere else in the City Code . He stated that Commissioner <br /> 44 Franzese had expressed her concern regarding visibility and <br /> 45 sightline issues . <br /> 46 <br /> 47 The City Manager noted that this proposal would require an <br /> 48 ordinance change for which an ordinance is required. An <br /> 49 ordinance requires three readings before passage. <br /> 50 <br /> 0 <br />
