APPROVAL OF MARCH 23 , 1993 COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Motion by Marks , second by Enrooth to approve the agenda for <br /> 24 the March 23 , 1993 Council Meeting with one addition to <br /> 25 Unfinished Business , that being, the second reading of the <br /> 0 Accessory Structure Setback ordinance. <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 30 <br /> 31 <br /> 32 4 . APPROVAL OF MARCH 9 , 1993 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Motion by Wagner, second by Fleming to approve the minutes of <br /> 35 the March 9 , 1993 Council Meeting with the following <br /> 36 corrections : <br /> 37 <br /> 38 page 5, lines 17-20 : This paragraph should read as follows : <br /> 39 "The City Manager noted that the third reading of the <br /> 40 ordinance should occur on April 13th. He advised that <br /> 41 ordinances have traditionally been effective right after the <br /> 42 third reading.
