CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> 9 <br /> 10 The meeting was called to order at 7 : 00 p.m. by Mayor Ranallo <br /> 11 who led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 2 . ROLL CALL <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Council Present : Mayor Ranallo, Councilmembers Enrooth, <br /> 16 Fleming and Wagner <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Council Absent : Councilmember Marks <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Staff Present : City Manager Burt and Management Assistant <br /> 21 Urbia <br /> 22 <br /> 23 3. APPROVAL OF APRIL 13, 1993 COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Motion by Wagner, second by Fleming to approve the agenda for <br /> 26 the April 13, 1993 Council Meeting with the addition to the <br /> Manager ' s Report of an explanation regarding 'the drilling <br /> trucks on Rankin Road. Also, to be added to reports were some <br /> 29 comments made by the legal counsel for Roger Bona, owner of a <br /> 30 service station. Added to new business was the subject of <br /> 31 setting the date for the Reconvened Board of Review. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 34 <br /> 35 <br /> 36 4 . APPROVAL OF MARCH 23 , 1993 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 37 <br /> 38 Motion by Fleming, second by Wagner to approve the minutes of <br /> 39 the March 23, 1993 Council Meeting as written and there were <br /> 40 no corrections. <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 43 <br /> 44 <br /> 45 S. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Motion by Enrooth, second by Fleming to approve the license or <br /> 48 permit applications for the following businesses: <br /> 49 <br /> 50 <br />
