He also felt the charges <br /> 15 were quite high for the work done at Lowry Grove. <br /> 16 <br /> 17 The City Manager noted that not all of the billing for work <br /> 18 done in 1992 has been received. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 <br /> 21 BOARD OF REVIEW ITEM <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Mrs . Charlotte Olson, 3412 Skycroft Drive, arrived after the <br /> 24 Board of Review had been adjourned. She is requesting an <br /> 25 extention on the time * to aggrieve her 1993 valuation. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Motion by Ranallo, second by Enrooth to recognize the right of <br /> • 28 the owner of 3412 Skycroft Drive to go on to the Hennepin <br /> 29 County Board of Equalization as it was her intent to <br /> 30 participate in the April 13, 1993 Board of Review. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 35 7. Report of Councilmember W----- <br /> 40 <br /> 41 On April 1st , Councilmember Wagner attended the meeting of the <br /> 42 Apache Merchants Association. The merchants noted their <br /> 43 pleasure with the sizable crowd who attended the recent Craft <br /> 44 Show. They also felt the mall managment- is doing a very good <br /> 45 job generating weekend activities . The merchants stated their <br /> 46 concerns regarding the CUB store and if it will be a reality. <br /> 47 <br /> 48 The Kiwanis Club is hosting a program featuring Mary Jo Bender <br /> 49 at Wilshire School on April 14th. Ms . Bender is a motivational <br /> 50 speaker. <br /> • <br />
