ROLL CALL <br /> 16 <br /> 17 Council Present : Mayor Ranallo and Councilmembers Marks , <br /> 18 Enrooth, and Fleming. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Council Absent : Counci.lmember Wagner was out of town . <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Staff Present : City Manager Burt , Management Assistant Urbia <br /> 23 and City Attorney Soth <br /> 24 <br /> 25 <br /> 0 3 . APPROVAL OF APRIL 27 , 1993 COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA <br /> 28 Motion by Marks , second by Enrooth to approve the agenda for <br /> 29 the April 27 , 1993 Council Meeting. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 City Manager Burt requested an Executive Session be held <br /> 32 between the Council Meeting and the Housing and Redevelopment <br /> 33 Authority Meeting. Pending litigation will be discussed at the <br /> 34 Executive Session. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 37 <br /> 38 <br /> 39 4 . _APPROVAL OF APRIL 13 , 1993 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Motion by Fleming, second by Enrooth to approve the minutes of <br /> 42 the April 13, 1993 Council Meeting as presented and there were <br /> 43 no corrections . <br /> 44 <br /> 45 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 46 <br /> 47 5 .
