APPROVAL OF APRIL 13 , 1993 BOARD OF REVIEW MINUTES <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Motion by Enrooth, second by Ranallo to approve the minutes of <br /> 30 the April 13 , 1993 Board of Review as presented . <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 34 <br /> 35 <br /> 36 4 . RESULTS OF PROPERTY REVIEWALS <br /> 37 <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Dr . Charles Kirk, 3612 Penrod Lane <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Mr . Positzky contacted Dr . Kirk regarding his question on the <br /> 42 increased value of his home which appeared to be based on a <br /> 43 porch he added to his home in 1990 . After the discussion Dr . <br /> 44 Kirk was satisfied as he stated to Mr . Positzky . <br /> 45 <br /> 46 <br /> 47 Neal Johnson , 2500 West Armor Terrace <br /> 48 <br /> 49 Mr . Positzky stated that another appraiser viewed Mr . <br /> 50 Johnson ' s property . No change in the value was recommended . <br />
