Approval of Final Plat for the 27th Avenue Northeast and <br /> 33 Coolidae Street Improvements <br /> 34 <br /> 35 The City Manager advised the Council of the status of the 27th <br /> 36 Avenue right-of-way. He also noted that the triangular piece <br /> 37 of property will be deeded over the Roger Bona, owner of the <br /> 38 Unocal service station . <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Mayor Ranallo suggested that the availabilty of the lots <br /> 41 resulting from the demolition of the two restaurants should be <br /> 42 made known . The City Manager advised that two calls have been <br /> 43 received already regarding purchase of these two residential <br /> 44 lots . <br /> 45 <br /> 46 Motion by Marks , second by Fleming to approve the final plat <br /> 47 for the 27th Avenue and Coolidge Street Improvement Project . <br /> 48 <br /> 49 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 50 <br />
