APPROVAL OF AGENDA FOR THE JULY 13 , 1993 COUNCIL MEETING <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Motion by Marks , second by Enrooth to approve the agenda for <br /> the July 13 , 1993 Council Meeting with the following addition <br /> 40 and change: <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Add to the City Manager ' s Report the issue of elementary <br /> 30 school ' s use of a portable classroom. Move agenda item New <br /> 31 Business (A) Resolution No. 93-039, regarding the sale of <br /> 32 General Obligation Improvement Bonds for 1993 street <br /> 33 improvements, up to accommodate the City ' s financial advisor. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 37 <br /> 38 <br /> 39 4 . APPROVAL OF JUNE 22 , 1993 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve the minutes of <br /> 42 the June 22 , 1993 Council Meeting with the following <br /> 43 correction: <br /> 44 <br /> 45 page 4 , lines 22/23 : The sentence should read as follows: "St . <br /> 46 Anthony has been a member of the League of Minnesota Cities <br /> 47 for forty-three years having joined in 1950 .
