Prosecutions will be handled by Ramsey <br /> 14 County. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Councilmember Enrooth inquired if the regulations imposed by <br /> 17 Ramsey County change in the near future. Ordinance No 1993-013 ; Re: Chanae in Number of Amusement <br /> 39 Devices Per Establishment ( first readina) <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Motion by -Marks , second by Wagner to approve the first reading <br /> 42 of Ordinance No. 1993-013 being an ordinance relating to <br /> 43 amusement devices amending Section 505 . 02 of the 1993 St . <br /> 44 Anthony Code of Ordinances . <br /> 45 <br /> 46 This ordinance will allow only fifteen amusement devices per <br /> 47 establishment which is a change from the thirty five formerly <br /> 48 allowed. <br /> 49 <br /> 50 Motion carried unanimously <br />
