CALL TO ORDER <br /> 9 <br /> 10 The meeting was called to order at 7 : 00 p .m. and the Pledge of <br /> 11 Allegiance was led by Mayor Ranallo. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 <br /> 14 2 . ROLL CALL <br /> 15 - <br /> 16 Council Present : Mayor Ranallo and Councilmembers Marks , <br /> 17 Enrooth, Fleming and Wagner <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Staff Present : City Manager Burt and Management Assistant <br /> 20 Bellefuil <br /> 21 <br /> 22 Plactue Presentations <br /> 23 <br /> 24 Mayor Ranallo presented a plaque to Jo-Anne Student , who is <br /> 25 retiring after four years as Council Secretary. <br /> 26 <br /> A plaque was presented to Officer John Delmonico who was <br /> 0 recognized nationally for his work as a member of the <br /> 29 Minneapolis Police Department . Officer Delmonico resides in <br /> 30 St ., Anthony. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 <br /> 33 3 . APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 9, 1993 COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve the agenda for <br /> 36 the November 9, 1993 Council Meeting with the following <br /> 37 additions : <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Manager ' s Report Add an update on the Silver Lake Road roadway <br /> 40 construction project by Ramsey County. Also add the <br /> 41 informational report from Ramsey County regarding gun violence <br /> 42 prevention . <br /> 43 <br /> 44 Mayor ' s Report Strategies for meeting regarding the future of <br /> 45 the St . Anthony branch of the Hennepin County Library System. <br /> 46 <br /> 47 There are two meeting scheduled; one with Commissioner Hilary <br /> 48 and one before the Hennepin County Board of Commissioners . <br /> 49 <br /> 50 Motion carried unanimously <br />
