He also <br /> 8 wanted to remind the Council of the pancake breakfast for <br /> 9 all City employees on Thursday, December 16 at 7 : 00 a.m. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 1. Recycling Center. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 The City Manager reported the pros and cons of staying with <br /> 14 the City' s recycling center which Management Assistant <br /> 15 Bellefuil had compiled. He asked that the report be sent to <br /> 16 the Environmental Quality'Recycling Task Force to get their <br /> 17 input . <br /> 18 <br /> 19 The Mayor said most residents don' t know that they already <br /> 20 pay to have curb side pick up if they have garbage service . <br /> 21 Bellefuil said essentially you pay for the same service <br /> 22 twice . <br /> 03 <br /> - Motion by Marks and seconded by Wagner to refer the matter <br /> 25 of the opening/closing of the recycling center to the <br /> 26 Environmental Task Force . <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 29 <br /> 30 2 . Cancel December 28, 1993 Council Meeting. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Motion by Marks and seconded by Fleming to cancel the <br /> 33 December 28, 1993 Council meeting. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 C.
