• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COUNCIL MEETING <br /> JANUARY 25, 1994 <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. and the Pledge of Allegiance was led <br /> by Mayor Ranallo. <br /> II. ROLL CALL. <br /> Council present: Mayor Ranallo and Councilmembers Marks, Enrooth, Fleming, <br /> and Wagner. <br /> Staff present: City Manager Burt and Management Assistant Bellefuil. <br /> Also present: City Attorney Bill Soth. <br /> III. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 25, 1994 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> • Motion by Marks and seconded by Wagner to approve the January 11, 1994 agenda <br /> with the addition of Item D "Verified Claims" under Section VI. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 11, 1994 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> Motion by Marks and seconded by Fleming to approve the minutes of the January <br /> 11, 1994 Council meeting with the following corrections: . <br /> Page 11, Line 16: Councilmember Enrooth made the motion which was seconded <br /> by Ranallo not Councilmember Marks. <br /> Page 11, Line 42: Last sentence of motion should be deleted. It wasn't when all <br /> members would be present it was when the rebidding could be completed. <br /> Page 5, Line 36: The correct spelling of the City Attorney's last name is "Soth" and <br /> he should be referred to as the City Attorney. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> • <br />
