ROLL CALL <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Council Present : Mayor Ranallo and Councilmembers Enrooth, <br /> 19 Fleming and Wagner <br /> 20 <br /> 21 Council Absent : Councilmember Marks was out of town on <br /> business . <br /> 24 Staff Present : Acting City Manager Hamer, Finance Director <br /> 25 Larson and City Attorney Soth <br /> 26 <br /> 27 3 . APPROVAL OF MARCH 8 , 1994 COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Motion by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve the agenda for <br /> 30 the March 8, 1994 Council Meeting with the addition of the <br /> 31 license and permit applications . <br /> 32 <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 35 <br /> 36 <br /> 37 4 . APPROVAL OF COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES <br /> 38 <br /> 39 Motion by Fleming, second by Wagner to approvethe minutes of <br /> 40 the February 19, 1994 Regular Council Meeting as presented and <br /> 41 there were no corrections. . <br /> 42 <br /> 43 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 44 <br /> 45 <br /> 46 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner to approve the minutes of <br /> the March 1 , 1994 Special Council Meeting as presented and <br /> there were no corrections . <br /> 49 <br /> 50 Motion carried unanimously <br />
