CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Council Present: Mayor Ranallo, Councilmembers Fleming, Wagner, and Marks. <br /> 9 Staff Present: Larry Hamer, Interim City Manager <br /> 10 Councilmember Enrooth arrived at 7:05 P.M.. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF MARCH 22, 1994 COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br /> 02 Motion by Marks, seconded by Wagner to approve the agenda for the March 22, 1994 Regular <br /> 13 Council meeting with the following addition: <br /> 14 Add: Closed Session before adjournment of the regular Council meeting. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously, <br /> 16 IV. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 22, 1994 COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES. <br /> 17 Motion by Fleming, seconded by Marks to approve the February 22, 1994 Council meeting <br /> 18 minutes with the following changes: <br /> 19 Page 3, line 6: Insert the word "interview" before the word "process". <br /> 20 Page 6, line 17: Correct the spelling of "DeWall" <br /> 21 Page 7, line 30: Add "with the exception of Mr. DeWall." to the end of the sentence. <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously, <br /> 23 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 14 There were no licenses, permits, or petitions. <br />
