A motion by Marks and second by Enrooth to proclaim Arbor Day, April <br /> 13 29, 1994, and the month of May, 1994, to be Arbor Month in St. Anthony <br /> 14 Village. . <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 17 <br /> 18 Mayor Ranallo praised the St. Anthony Civic Orchestra for their free playing <br /> 19 for the public. They will have a fund raiser on April 29, 1994. They are <br /> 20 looking for prizes for their Silent Auction. <br /> • 21 <br /> 22 Mayor Ranallo said there will be a new cable channel (#62) added. They will <br /> 23 advertise community events. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 B. Council <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Councilmember Wagner <br /> 28 Wagner noted he and Interim City Manager Hamer will meet with the architect, <br /> 29 The Alliance, to discuss a City building renovation on Friday, April 15. <br /> 30 <br /> 31 Councilmember Fleming <br /> 32 Fleming met with the Library Task Force which was formed to keep the St. <br /> 33 Anthony Library open and keep expansion going. Mayor Ranallo and <br /> 34 Councilmember Fleming agree that timing is important for this issue. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 The Council directed staff to develop a resolution stating their concerns <br /> 37 regarding additions to the St. Anthony Health Care Center for Alzheimer <br /> 38 patients. Staff will forward the resolution to the City's State Senator and <br /> 39 Representative. <br /> 40 <br /> 41 Motion by Fleming, second by Ranallo to approve the resolution concerning an <br /> 42 addition to the St. Anthony Health Care Center. <br /> • 43 <br /> 44 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 45 <br />
