CALL TO ORDER <br /> 8 <br /> 9 The Board of Review was called to order at 6:30 P.M. by Mayor Ranallo. <br /> 10 <br /> 11 II. ROLL CALL <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Council Present: Mayor Ranallo, Councilmembers Marks, Enrooth, Fleming and <br /> 14 Wagner. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Staff Present: Interim City Manager Hamer, Finance Director Larson, City Attorney <br /> 17 Soth, and Hennepin County Assessor Miller. <br /> 18 <br /> 19 Mayor Ranallo emphasized that this meeting is strictly to review the market value of <br /> 20 properties in St. Anthony and not taxes. This involves a process. Individuals can <br /> 21 request a County Assessor to reassess their property. The Board of Equalization is <br /> 22 June 13, 1994; or you may choose to go to Tax Court. In either case you must pay <br /> 23 your first half taxes by May 15. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Hennepin County Assessor Miller talked about the assessment process. After the <br /> 26 Board of Review,the County will notify the taxpayer of what will follow. <br /> 27 <br /> 28 Mayor Ranallo cautioned everyone that if a reappraisal is done on their home, the <br /> 29 market value could possibly increase. The two choices are the Board of Equalization <br /> 30 or Tax Court. <br /> 31 <br /> 32 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve a County'reappraisal of the property <br /> 33 owned by Jim Murray, 3021 Harding St. NE, PIN 06 029 2334 0012, as requested. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve a County reappraisal of the <br /> 38 property owned by John J.
