PUBLIC HEARINGS - None. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 IX. NEW BUSINESS <br /> 9 <br /> 10 A. Award quotation for purchase of a lawn mower. Interim City Manager Hamer <br /> 11 recommended the low bid from M.T.I. for $13,842.87 of the three proposals. <br /> 12 <br /> 13 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to accept the M.T.I. bid for the purchase of <br /> 14 a lawn mower in the amount of$13,842.87. <br /> 15 <br /> 16 Motion Carried Unanimously <br /> 17 <br /> Q8 B. Resolution 94-033, regarding rental lease for Minnesota Swimming. <br /> 9 <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve a rental lease with Minnesota <br /> 21 Swimming. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 Motion Carried Unanimously <br /> 24 T <br /> 25 C. Resolution 94-034, regarding rental lease for Aga Khan. <br /> 26 <br /> 27 Interim City Manager Hamer stated the Aga Khan requested a two year lease <br /> 28 because they feel their Council would give them money to carpet the rental space. <br /> 29 Mr. Hamer said he spoke with their representative and informed him there is a <br /> 30 possibility the building would be demolished and that they understood this may <br /> 31 happen. Councilmember Marks stated on Page 1, Article 2: Terms, the lease <br /> 32 should be changed to read "twenty-four (24) months". <br /> 33 <br /> 34 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the rental lease with Aga Khan <br /> 35 Cultural Center with the change on Page 1 of the lease. <br /> 36 <br /> 37 Motion Carried Unanimously <br /> 38 D. Recycling Center. <br /> Mayor Ranallo stated the Council and staff have all received letters concerning the <br /> 41 Recycling Center.
