CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES <br /> May 16, 1994 <br /> Mayor Ranallo opened the meeting at 6:00 P.M.. <br /> Present: Ranallo, Fleming, Marks, Wagner, Enrooth <br /> Also present: James Brimeyer of the Brimeyer Group <br /> Mr. Brimeyer indicated he had spoken with Michael Mornson about the <br /> Council's offer and then read to the Council the letter he (Mr. Brimeyer) sent to <br /> • Mr. Morrison which listed the components of the Council's offer. Mr. <br /> Mornson agreed to the offer and will begin as City Manager of St. Anthony on <br /> Monday, June 27, 1994. <br /> Motion by Marks, seconded by Wagner to hire Mr. Michael Mornson as City <br /> Manager for the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Motion by Marks, seconded by Fleming to adjourn the meeting at 6:25 P.M.. <br /> Motion carried unanimously,. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: C er.7ciyt,G� <br /> City Clerk <br />
