Councilmember Fleming pointed out that it was <br /> two different family picnics and Mr. Hamer indicated that Ms. Fagerlee would not <br /> 20 receive her deposit until after the second picnic date. <br /> 21 Voting on the motion: <br /> 22 Aye: Ranallo, Fleming, Wagner, and Enrooth <br /> 23 Nay: Marks <br /> 24 Motion carried. <br /> 25 VI.
