Resolution 94-039, re: Temporary Salary Adjustment for Interim City Manager. <br /> 3 The Council will approve a temporary salary adjustment for Larry Hamer, <br /> 4 Public Works Director, for the commendable job he is doing as Interim City <br /> 5 Manager. The adjustment is for an additional $1,000 to be added to his <br /> 6 monthly salary during the time he served in that capacity. <br /> 7 <br /> 8 Motion by Wagner, second by Fleming to approve Resolution 94-039. <br /> 9 <br /> 10 Motion carried unanimously <br /> 11 <br /> 12 F. Resolution 94-040, re: Termination of the Piper Capital Management <br /> 13 Agreement. Approval of this resolution will authorize the Mayor, City <br /> 14 Manager and Finance Director to terminate the Investment Management <br /> 15 Agreement with Piper Capital and move it to Dean Whitter, Inc. - <br /> 16 <br /> 17 . Motion by Enrooth, second by Fleming to approve Resolution 94-040. <br /> 41Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 20 <br /> 21 X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS - None. <br /> 22 <br /> 23 M.
