Motion by Fleming, second by Wagner to place a three way stop sign at 35th <br /> 27 and Belden Drive. Interim City Manager Hamer stated a traffic count was <br /> 28 taken at 35th Avenue N.E. and Belden Drive and it was determined that a three <br /> 29 way stop sign at that location was warranted. Mayor Ranallo added that there <br /> 30 are 19 young children living between 34th and 36th Avenues N.E. and Belden <br /> 31 Drive and that 14 of them are under the age of 7. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 34 <br /> 35 D. Motion by Enrooth, second by Fleming to table the petition for a street light <br /> 36 proposed to be placed between 2916 Rankin Road and 3000 Rankin Road. <br /> 37 Interim City Manager stated that there are already a number of lights in that <br /> 38 area. Councilmember Enrooth added that the light should be paid for by the <br /> 4 benefitted residents and that that could be quite expensive. Mayor Ranallo <br /> 41 <br />
