CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo at 7:00 P.M.. <br /> 7 H. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Fleming, Marks, Wagner, and Enrooth <br /> 9 Councilmembers Absent: None <br /> 10 <br /> 11 Also present: Michael Mornson, City Manager; William Soth, City Attorney; Larry <br /> 12 Hamer, Director of Public Works; and Richard Engstrom, Chief of <br /> 6 Police <br /> 14 Prior to starting Council business, Mayor Ranallo thanked Larry Hamer for the <br /> 15 excellent manner in which he conducted the day to day business of the City as Interim <br /> 16 City Manager. In addition, the Mayor thanked staff for their extra time and efforts <br /> 17 during the search for a new City Manager. Mayor Ranallo also welcomed the new <br /> 18 City Manager Michael Mornson. <br /> 19 III. APPROVAL OF JUNE 28, 1994 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the June 28, 1994 Council Agenda <br /> 21 with the following changes: <br /> 22 1) The Planning Commission Minutes of June 21, 1994 could not be distributed <br /> 23 because they had not been completed. <br /> 24 2) Under "Claims", "C", change "Rieke Carroll Muller Associates, Inc." to <br /> 25 "Midwest Asphalt". <br /> 26 3) Under "Reports" add: <br /> 27 "A. Planning Commission - June 21, -1994. <br /> 28 1. Conditional use request for 4000 Silver Lake Road. <br /> 29 2. Sign variance for 3901-05 Silver Lake Road." <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
