PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 5 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve payment of the following claims: <br /> 6 A. American Bank in the amount of$2,745.00 for 1990A General Obligation <br /> 7 Equipment Indebtedness; <br /> 8 American Bank in the amount of$21,622.50 for 93A General Obligation <br /> 9 Improvement Bonds; <br /> 10 B. Moody's Investors Service in the amount of$3,000 for $525,000 General <br /> 11 Obligation Bonds; <br /> 12 C. Midwest Asphalt in the amount of$223,698.44 for 1994 Street and Watermain <br /> 13 Improvements; <br /> 14 D. Springsted, Inc. in the amount of$10,890.96 for services preliminary to the <br /> 15 issuance of the $525,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds, Series <br /> 1994B; and <br /> 40 E. Verified Claims as presented by the Finance Director. <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 VII. REPORTS. <br /> 20 A. Planning Commission - June 21, 1994. <br /> 21 1. Conditional use permit request from Karen Rosar for 4000 Silver Lake <br /> 22 Road. The request is for a proposed Exhaust Pro (vehicle muffler <br /> 23 installation/repair) and Fast.Glass (installation/repair of vehicle glass) <br /> 24 shop. <br /> 25 Commissioner Makowske was present representing the Planning Commission. <br /> 26 Makowske reported that the Planning Commission had recommended Council <br /> 27 approve this request with the following conditions: <br /> 28 1) Submittal to the City of the plans for the improvements for the structure <br /> 29 and aesthetic improvements pertaining to landscaping, plans of a <br /> 30 driveway, plans for dumpster enclosures, and signage plans. <br /> 4? 2) The hours of operation would be Monday through Friday from 7:00 <br /> 32 A.M. until 8:00 P.M., Saturday from 7:00 A.M. until 5:00 P.M., <br />
