ROLL CALL. <br /> 14 <br /> 15 Council Present: Ranallo, Fleming, Marks, Enrooth, and Wagner <br /> 16 Also present: Michael Mornson, City Manager <br /> 17 <br /> 18 III. APPROVAL OF JULY 26, 1994 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 19 <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the Council Agenda for July 26, <br /> 21 1994, with the following changes: <br /> *3 Under VII. REPORTS, A. Mayor, add "Report on the Library Task Force. Task <br /> 24 Force member Judy Makowske will present the report." <br /> 25 <br /> 26 Remove under IX. NEW BUSINESS, Item "C. Resolution 94-043, re: Order feasibility <br /> 27 study for 1995 street improvements." <br /> 28 <br /> 29 Motion carried unanimously, <br /> 30 <br /> 31 IV. APPROVAL OF JULY 12, 1994 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 32 <br /> 33 Motion by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve the July 12, 1994 Council minutes, <br /> 34 as presented. <br /> 35 <br /> 36 Motion carried unanimously= <br /> 37 <br /> 38 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 39 <br /> 40 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following licenses: <br /> 41 <br /> 42 Contractors <br /> Innovation Irrigation, Coon Rapids, MN <br /> 4 CCS Concrete & Masonry, Inc., Richfield, MN <br /> 45 <br />
