PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 14 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following claims: <br /> 15 A. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of$2,750.00 for legal services rendered for <br /> 16 bonding in connection with$525,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds, <br /> 17 Series 1994B, and $2,393.60 for legal services rendered through June 30, 1994. <br /> 18 B. Hance LeVahn& Desmond, Inc. in the amount of$2,400.00 for professional <br /> 19 services rendered for the month of August, 1994, relative to St. Anthony <br /> 20 prosecutions. <br /> 21 D. Five pages of Verified Claims as presented by the Finance Director. <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 VII. REPORTS. <br /> 24 A. Maw <br /> 25 1. Schedule Meeting with Library, Task Force. Mayor Ranallo commented <br /> 26 on the need to schedule a meeting with the Library Board. Due to budget <br /> 27 considerations, Fleming suggested a date before November. <br /> • <br />
