CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 II. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Fleming. <br /> 9 Also Present: Michael,Mornson, City Manager; City Attorney William Soth; Lang Hamer, <br /> 10 Public Works Director <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 239 1994 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the August 23, 1994 Council Agenda as <br /> 13 presented. <br /> 14 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 15 IV. APPROVAL OF AUGUST 991994 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the August 9, 1994 Council minutes with the <br /> following changes: <br /> 18 Page 2, Line 8 should indicate "as well as,the President of the Salo, Finland Executive <br /> 19 Board which is comprised of nine members. The City Board is comprised <br /> 20 of 42 members ..." <br /> 21 Page 2, Line 22 should indicate "established in 1887 (belonging to the aris ," <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 24 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to approve the following licenses: <br /> 25 Contractors License <br /> 26 All Poolside Services, Inc., Little Canada, MN <br /> 27 Palmer West Construction Company, Inc.,Minneapolis, MN <br /> 28 Heating License <br /> 29 Silvernail Enterprises LTD, Robbinsdale, MN <br /> 30 Multiple Dwelling License <br /> 31 Autumn Woods Apartments/Autumn Woods Partners LTD, 2938-3004 Old <br /> 32 Highway 8/Maki, Inc./Highcrest Manor/Wesley Robertson <br /> 33 Motion carried unanimously. <br />
