Proposed List of Election Judges for November 8. 1994 State General Election. <br /> 7 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve proposed list of Election Judges for the State <br /> 8 General Election, as presented. <br /> 9 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 10 B. Resolution 94-051. re: Recycling. Ramsey Coun , Grant. <br /> 11 Motion by Enrooth, second by Marks to approve Resolution 94-051, Requesting Funding as part <br /> 12 of the Ramsey County Expansion Grant Program. <br /> 13 - Motion carried unanimously. <br /> WC. Resolution 94-053, re: Recycling. Hennepin County Grant. <br /> 15 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve Resolution 94-053, Approving Submittal of the <br /> 16 1995-1999 Hennepin County Municipal Recycling Grant Application. <br /> 17 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 18 X. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. <br /> 19 A. Ordinance 1994-003, re: Ground Signs ( 2nd reading_L <br /> 20 Marks questioned if the wording in Subd. 4 was specific enough to set a standard for landscaping <br /> 21 and asked who would be responsible for maintaining the standard in landscaping. <br /> 22 The City Manager stated that the ordinance needed to be flexible and that staff would make the <br /> 23 final decision on landscaping standards. <br /> 24 <br /> 25 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the second reading of Ordinance 1994-003, <br /> 26 relating to signs, amending Sections 1400.4 and 1400.10. <br /> 27 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 28 B. Ordinance 1994-006.re: Fences on corner lots(2nd reading). <br /> Motion by Fleming, second by Marks to approve the second reading of Ordinance 1994-006, <br /> 30 relating to corner lots, amending Section 1605.01 by adding Subd. 80 and Subd. 82; and relating <br /> 31 to fences, amending Section 1320.03, Subd. 3. <br />
