CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br /> 5 The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor <br /> 6 Ranallo. <br /> 7 H. ROLL CALL. <br /> 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Fleming. <br /> 9 Also Present: Michael Morrison, City Manager; William Soth, City Attorney; and Larry Hamer, <br /> 10 Public Works Director. <br /> 11 III. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 22, 1994 COUNCIL AGENDA. <br /> 12 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the November 22, 1994 Council Agenda with <br /> 13 the following changes: <br /> 14 Under IX. NEW BUSINESS, add E. Consideration of Proposed Plan for Schematic Design of <br /> 15 Community Center. <br /> 16 Under VI. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS, E. Dorsey & Whitney, replace "$904.05" with <br /> 17 "$973.12". <br /> 18 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 19 IV. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 25, 1994 COUNCIL MINUTES. <br /> 20 Motion by Marks, second by Fleming to approve the October 25, 1994 Council minutes as <br /> 21 presented. <br /> 22 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 23 V. LICENSES/PERMITS/PETITIONS. <br /> 24 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following licenses: <br /> 25 Motor Vehicle Starting License <br /> 26 Sroga's Automotive Services, Inc. <br /> 27 Contractors License <br /> 28 Lowry Hill Construction Company, Plymouth, MN <br /> 29 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 30 VI. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the following claims with the following <br /> changes: <br /> 33 Under E. Dorsey & Whitney replace "$904.05" with "$973.12". <br />
