VI. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br /> 18 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br /> 19 A. Dorsey & WhitneX in the amount of $2400.00 for legal services rendered through <br /> 20 October 31, 1994. <br /> 21 B. Rieke Carroll Muller in the amount of $8062.43 for professional services rendered <br /> 22 for 1995 Street Construction - Design. <br /> 23 C. 3 pages of Verified Claims as presented by the Finance Director. <br /> 24 D. Hance, Iverson, Zappia, LeVahn, Berndt & Desmond, Ltd. in the amount of <br /> 25 $2,400.00 for legal services rendered through September 1, 1994, the amount of <br /> 26 $2,400.00 for legal services rendered through October 1, 1994, in the amount of <br /> 27 $2,400.00 for legal services rendered through November 1, 1994 and the amount <br /> 28 of $2,400.00 for legal services rendered through December 1, 1994, totalling <br /> 29 $9,600.00. <br /> 30 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 31 VII.
