CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> CITY COUNCIL TRUTH IN TAXATION HEARING MINUTES <br /> December 14, 1994 <br /> 1 I. CALL TO ORDER. <br /> 2 The meeting was called to order at 5:00 P.M. by Mayor Ranallo. <br /> 3 H. ROLL CALL. <br /> 4 Present: Ranallo, Wagner, Enrooth, Fleming <br /> 5 Absent: Marks <br /> 6 Also present: Michael Mornson, City Manager; Dick Engstrom, Chief of Police <br /> 7 III. INTRODUCTION OF NEW POLICE OFFICERS. <br /> 8 Dick Engstrom, Chief of Police, introduced three Police Officers who were recently <br /> 9 hired by the City. They are: Daryl Boerger; Shane Hess; and Mark Mosby. Mayor <br /> 10 Ranallo and the Councilmembers welcomed the new officers to the City. <br /> IV. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 30, 1994 TRUTH IN TAXATION MEETING <br /> 12 MINUTES. <br /> 13 Motion by Fleming, second by Wagner to approve the November 30, 1994 Truth in <br /> 14 Taxation meeting minutes as presented. <br /> 15 Motion carried unanimously. <br /> 16 V. PUBLIC HEARING SETTING THE 1995 BUDGET AND TAX LEVY. <br /> 17 Mayor Ranallo opened the public hearing at 5:05 P.M. to review comments on the <br /> 18 proposed 1995 budget and levy. <br /> 19 There was no one in the audience to comment on the proposed budget and levy. <br /> 20 VI. ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION 94-058 ADOPTING THE 1995 CITY BUDGET <br /> 21 AND TAX LEVY. <br /> 22 Motion by Wagner and second by Fleming to adopt Resolution 94-058 setting the 1995 <br /> 23 tax levy and City budget. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br />
