1 CITY OF ST. ANTHONY 02 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES 3 JANUARY 10, 1995 4 I. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. 5 The meeting was called to order at 7:01 P.M. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor 6 Ranallo. 7 II. ROLL CALL. 8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, Enrooth, Wagner, and Fleming. 9 Also Present: Michael Mornson, City Manager; Larry Hamer, Public Works Director; Kim 10 Moore-Sykes, Management Assistant; William Soth, City Attorney. 11 Mayor Ranallo expressed the council's sympathies to the families of Mrs. Enrooth, Bob Moses, 12 and Kenny Lee, for the loss of their loved ones. 13 III. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 10, 1995 COUNCIL AGENDA. 14 Motion by Wagner, second by Marks to approve the January 10, 1995 Council Agenda as 15 presented. 16 Motion carried unanimously. 17 IV. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 13, 1994 COUNCIL MINUTES AND DECEMBER 14, 18 1994 TRUTH IN TAXATION HEARING MINUTES. 19 Motion by Fleming, second by Marks to approve the December 13, 1994 Council minutes with 20 the following changes: 21 Under Page 1, Line 30: Replace "Nedagaurd" with "Nedegaard". 22 Under Page 1, Line 31: Replace "Nedagaurd" with "Nedegaard". 23 Under Page 1, Line 32: Replace "Nedagaurd" with"Nedegaard". 24 Under Page 1, Line 33: Replace "Nedagaurd" with"Nedegaard". 25 Under Page 3, Line 27: Replace "Elmwood Lutheran" with "Elmwood Evangelical Free 26 Church". 27 Motion carried unanimously. 1 28 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to approve the December 14, 1994 Truth in Taxation 29 Hearing Minutes as presented. 30 Motion carried unanimously. City Manager Mornson reported that there were three incumbents reapplying for the Planning 41� Commission. They are Chris Makowske, Rosemary Franzese, and Doug Bergstrom. He stated 33 that no one else had applied for the positions.
